Effective January 1st
Beef Processing Prices
Kill Fee: $120
USDA and Custom Processing: $0.90/ lb (We charge a 500lb minimum regardless of the hang weight of the beef)
Patties: $1.00/ lb (15 lb minimum)
Quarter Surcharge: $20/ quarter
Organ Meat Processing: $0.90/lb (includes heart, tongue, oxtail and liver, which is not included in the hanging weight)
Lamb Processing Prices:
Flat rate slaughter/processing: $150
Slaughter only: $125
We will no longer split lambs.
Pork Processing Prices:
5 hog minimum to book appointment. No splitting into individual orders. We are no longer processing freezer hogs.
Kill Fee: $85
Processing: $0.90
Smoked Products: $1.25/lb
Uncured Smoked Products: $1.50/lb
Pork Patties: $1.50/lb
Sausage Links: $4.00/lb
Pork Sausage: 0.25/lb

Due to limited freezer space, we have begun implementing a $1 per box, per day fee for any order that is kept here longer than 7 calendar days. Please plan accordingly and pick up your order in a timely manner. We have plans to expand our freezer in 2023.
Freezer Storage
Drop Off
Cattle must be dropped off the day before your appointment. Drop-off times will be between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Our holding pens are inside our building and we can’t offer after hours drop-offs because of this fact. If you show up later than 5:30 pm the doors will be locked and your cattle will need to be here no later than 6:45 am the next morning.
Product Re-work
We will not be taking back any rework product in 2023. If there is an issue with an order due to a mistake on our part we will refund or replace the product, but we can no longer repackage USDA inspected product that has left control of our facility.
Cut Sheets
All cut sheets must be filled out on our website and completed within 10 days of your slaughter appointment. We will not call your customers to remind them. If we don't receive cut instructions within 10 days a standard cut will be selected. Pork cut sheets MUST BE submitted by the day of drop off.
Horned Cattle
Horned animal charge is based on whether we can catch your animal in our head catch. Our head catch opens to a max width of 12 inches. If we can’t restrain your animal prior to stunning we will add $80 to your kill fee. We encourage you to take your horned cattle elsewhere.
Cancelations
Please be mindful of your slaughter needs. We reserve the right to cancel future appointments if you continually fail to fill your scheduled slots.
